Professional Fitness Instructor
Judi has been a group fitness instructor for 20 years. She originally certified with the YMCA in the UK and then updated her certification upon coming to Canada in 2003.
Her specialty certifications are: Cardio, Strength training, Aquatic fitness, Older Adult, Bone Fit (osteoporosis focus), Seated fitness, Fusion (mix of yoga & pilates), Tabata Bootcamp, Tabata GX and Barre Above.
